Do I have to purchase anything to try Viya Mobile FREE for 30 days?

There is absolutely no purchase necessary to receive a 30 Day Free Trial

Will I be charged any additional costs, taxes or fees?

No, there are no hidden costs or fees associated with the sign up of your 30 Day Free Trial service. This trial is truly FREE.

What features can I enjoy with my 30 Day Free Trial?

The Free Trial gives you access to Viya’s “Home Abroad” Plan. This plan includes Unlimited Talk, Text and Local Data as well as (20) minutes of free Long Distance calls to anywhere in the Caribbean. Additionally, the plan includes 5GB of data use while in (13) Caribbean nations: BVI, Anguilla, St Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Montserrat, Dominica, St. Lucia, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, Grenada and Turks & Caicos.

Can I have multiple Free Trial SIMS?

Viya will allow an account holder to receive one (1) 30 Day Free Trial. 

Will I be required to purchase device to test the Free Service?

No device purchase is necessary as long as you have an unlocked wireless device. If you are unsure if your device is unlocked, please visit one of Viya’s Retail Store and a Viya Retail Specialist will be able to assist with testing your device. If you have an extra device that is not currently being used, you are more than welcome to bring that device as well.

Can I choose to purchase a new device from Viya?

Yes, you may purchase any device from Viya’s inventory at retail price. 

I have a number with another provider. Can I forward my calls and texts to the phone number with my Free 30 Day Trial?

Yes! Forwarding your current wireless number is easy with the use of a “feature code” offered by your current wireless provider. One of our Customer Care Experts can provide you with the simple instructions to turn this feature on and off.

Are current Viya Mobile Customers eligible for the one (1) month trial service?

Current Viya Mobile Customers are ineligible for this one (1) month free trial promo. This includes new line signups.

What happens once the 30 Day Trial period is over?

After the completion of the trial, you have the option of obtaining an additional three (3) months free service simply by signing up for a plan with a (24) month agreement. That means you will pay NOTHING for the first FOUR months with Viya Mobile. Otherwise the service will simply expire and you will not need to take any further action.

Can I port my wireless number from my current provider after the trial period ends?

Yes, you can port your current wireless number FREE if it has a “340” area code and is with one of the following carriers: Sprint, Boost, AT&T, H20, and Consumer Cellular.

Can I keep the service once the trial period ends?

If you decide to become a Viya Wireless Customer after the trial ends, Viya will give you an additional three (3) months free with a (24) month agreement sign up. 

What happens if I wish to cancel before my trial has ended?

Although Viya is certain that you will not wish to cancel prior to the end of the trial, there are no repercussions for cancelling early and you do not need to take any actions. The service will simply expire after the 30 day trial period.

Free Mobile Offer Is Subject to the Following Terms & Conditions

  • One Viya Free Mobile SIM per account holder.
  • Offer available to new customers only.  Customers who have had Viya Mobile service within the last 90 days are ineligible.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify.
  • Free Mobile Trial is on Viya’s Prepaid Home Abroad Plan for 30 Days only.  Viya’s prepaid Home Abroad mobile rate plan terms also apply. 
  • Viya Free Mobile SIM may not work in some unlocked smartphones. A Viya representative can help you determine if your existing device is compatible.
  • Free service will expire automatically 30 days after service activation unless the customer chooses to sign up for a Viya Mobile Plan of their choice.
  • Limited time offer; subject to change; while supplies last. 
  • International Long Distance (ILD) calling is limited to 20 minutes of Caribbean calling as outlined in Viya’s Home Abroad mobile plan. Customer may choose to add funds to their Free Mobile trial account and additional ILD calls will be deducted from funds at Viya’s per minute ILD call rates.

  • Viya reserves the right to terminate a Viya Free Mobile trial at any time at their own discretion if misuse or abuse of service is suspected.
