Rate Adjustments and Our Commitment to Service!

Viya, the leading telecommunications provider serving USVI, continues to focus on providing our valued customers with the best service at affordable prices. 

Globally, operational costs have increased and Viya has been impacted like all businesses. To mitigate these rising costs, keep our rates competitive and continue to deliver exceptional service, Viya will be increasing prices on select residential products and services. In some instances, we will provide an automatic upgrade that will increase internet speeds for affected residential customers.

Effective February 1st 2025, the following residential services will experience an adjustment:

Mobile

  • Postpaid Basic – $35 plan will be $40
    • Unlimited Nationwide Talk & Text
    • 5 GB Data On-Island
  • Postpaid Unlimited – $50 plan will be $55
    • Unlimited Talk, Text & Data while on the Viya Network
    • Unlimited Hotspot
    • 10 GB/Data for use Stateside & in Puerto Rico
  • Postpaid Home Abroad- $70 plan will be $75
    • Unlimited Nationwide Talk, Text & Data, including Stateside & Puerto Rico
    • 20/min + 5GB/Data: Caribbean Coverage with Dominican Republic Included
    • Unlimited Hotspot
    • Unlimited App Internet
  • Postpaid Home Abroad Plus- $80 plan will be $85
    • Unlimited Nationwide Talk, Text & Data, including Stateside & Puerto Rico
    • 1000 Minutes From USVI to Dominican Republic
    • 20/min + 5GB/Data: Caribbean Coverage with Dominican Republic Included
    • Unlimited Hotspot
    • Unlimited App Internet
  • Prepaid Basic – $25 plan will be $35
  • Prepaid Unlimited – $40 plan will be $45
  • Prepaid Home Abroad – $70 plan will be $75
  • Prepaid Home Abroad Plus – $80 will be $85

FAMILY PLAN/ Add a Line

The first line of the Family plans will be affected, and the cost of each additional line will increase by $5 per month.

Internet

As a part of our commitment to providing exceptional service at competitive pricing, we will be providing an automatic upgrade in internet speeds for those customers affected by the rate adjustment. Details are as follows:

Price Adjustments on Mobile, Cable & Internet effective February 1st 2025

Our Prepaid Basic mobile plan will increase by $10 per month.

Family Plan/Add a Line: The first line of the Family plans will be affected, and the cost of each additional line will increase by $5 per month.

  • Internet (ViFiber) plan rates will increase by either $5 or $10 per month & receive an upgrade in service speeds. This automatic upgrade in internet speeds for those customers affected by the rate adjustment is a part of our commitment to providing exceptional service at competitive pricing.   • Cable Television (TV+) plan rates will increase by $5 per month.

If you are currently enrolled with bundled service there will be an increase on the base services, however you will still get a bundle discount.
