iPhone Instructions​

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Select “Cellular”
  3. Select “Cellular Data Option”
  4. Select “Voice & Data”
  5. Tap on the “VoLTE” toggle switch. Then press OK

Samsung Instructions

  1. Go to “Settings” and check to see if your phone has a “Software Update” available.
  2. If your phone currently has the latest software installed, proceed to Step 4
  3. If a “Software Update” is available, this must be done before proceeding:
    • Go to “Settings”
    • Scroll down and select “Software Update”
    • Select “Download and Install” to update phone’s software.
    • NOTE: If another software update is available, follow the process again until no other updates are available.
  4. Once the software is up to date, go to “Settings”
  5. Select “Connections”
  6. Select “Mobile Network”
  7. Make sure VoLTE calls SIM 1 is turned on
