What is Roaming?

Talk, Text, and Data as soon as you arrive!

Just switch on the data and cellular roaming on your phone. Your Network will change to one of our roaming partner networks and you are ready to go!

Set Up Voice & Data Roaming

Follow the steps below to change network operators on your device when you travel. Once complete, you can easily access voice and data roaming through one of our preferred partners.

On an iOS device

Select Settings on the home screen
Select Cellular
Select Network Selection
Turn off Automatic
Once Automatic is turned off, the device will search for a list of available networks. Once the list is complete, select the preferred network operator
Once you are no longer roaming, restore the settings back to automatic mode..

On an android device

From the Home Screen, swipe down from the top of the display
Press the Settings Icon
Press Connections
Press Mobile Networks
Press Network Operators
Press Select Manually (older androids) or, press the toggle switch next to Select Automatically to turn off this function. Wait while your phone searches for networks.
Select the preferred roaming network.
Once you are no longer roaming, turn on select automatically

Top Roaming Tips

Enable a wireless plan with roaming.
Turn on airplane mode while flying.
Turn off location services when not in use.
Disable apps that use data in the background.
Download large files and important information in advance of travel.
Take advantage of free WiFi.
