Viya Update:

Viya, the leading telecommunications provider in the US Virgin Islands, announces that its offices will have new operating hours beginning Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

The Customer Experience Center hours for St. Croix and St. Thomas will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On St. John, the hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, the St. Croix and St. Thomas offices will be open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Customers are encouraged to conduct transactions, at their convenience, using Viya’s online Customer Care and payment portal: www.viya.vi, or call 340-774-2PAY (2729), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
